2. Black agency or bad landlord warnings are allowed with evidence (contract photos, chat logs, transfer records). Doxxing or exposing private information is prohibited.
3. Rental guides must specify the target city and year. Rental policies (group rental limits, residence permits) vary drastically by city—do not apply City A's experience to City B.
4. Short-term rental platform affiliate links (Airbnb/Booking) are prohibited. Objective reviews of long-term platforms (Lianjia, Ziroom) are allowed.
